At G-Force every single challenger is a winner, regardless of your results. We believe that if you stayed committed, then you were successful.
Requirements
$25 buy-in fee, which is waived for Complete Members
Access to ALL classes for the duration of the challenge.
A trainer holding you accountable every step of your journey.
Weekly Fit3D scans free of charge.
$100 Challenge Deposit
This is a bet against yourself. If you successfully complete all 20 work outs and check-ins, you'll get that money back. If challengers drop out mid-challenge, their money will be divided up amongst the winner(s).
Work out at our gym at least 20 times & check-in via Facebook to the G-Force Fitness Center Page 20 times in addition to tagging Greg G-force Cassidy.
One Fit3D scan per week is required!
You choose one of two diets: Keto or Clean Eating
You are allowed up to 2 workouts + check-ins in a single day towards your total of 20. All subsequent workouts+check-ins for that day will not count.
